You may not use JackassHost services for illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activities.
This includes:
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Phishing or identity theft activities
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Illegal content or activities
- Copyright infringement or pirated software
- Scams, fake services, or misleading websites

EMAIL SPAM
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
- Mass unsolicited email campaigns
- Spam advertisements
- Email harvesting or scraping
- Open mail relays or proxies
Accounts involved in spam may be suspended immediately.

NETWORK ABUSE
You may not interfere with or disrupt network services.
This includes:
- DDoS attacks
- Port scanning or probing
- Unauthorized system access attempts
- Exploiting vulnerabilities

RESOURCE ABUSE
You may not excessively use system resources on shared hosting.
This includes:
- Abusive scripts or processes
- Crypto mining
- Background daemons
- Excessive CPU or memory usage
Accounts impacting server performance may be limited or suspended.

ILLEGAL CONTENT
You may not host or distribute illegal content.
This includes:
- Child exploitation material
- Illegal drugs or weapons sales
- Fraudulent schemes
- Intellectual property violations

ABUSE COMPLAINTS
You must respond to abuse complaints within 48 hours.
Failure to respond may result in suspension or termination.

ENFORCEMENT
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate services if necessary.
Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
