30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on eligible hosting services.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted through the support system within the 30-day period.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds apply only to the first hosting purchase made by a customer.
Eligible services include:
- Shared hosting plans
- Standard hosting packages provided by JackassHost
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following are not refundable:
- Domain registrations or renewals
- Domain transfers
- Setup fees
- Add-on services
- Third-party software licenses
- SSL certificates
- VPS or dedicated services
- Renewals of any service
- Services terminated due to policy violations
These services involve immediate costs and cannot be refunded.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may:

- Refuse future service

Services are billed based on the selected billing cycle.
Invoices are generated before renewal dates.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
